Having more than one connection makes sense if you want to minimize your downtime as much as possible. This is a great solution for people who have experienced nothing but problems with multiple carriers/providers. When you install a Multi-WAN Fail-safe, you’re normally taking a WAN Connection from multiple different 0sources; they could be Cable, DSL, Satellite, AirCard, Hotspot etc. In some cases, we’ve combined the speed of multiple air cards for Maximum mobile coverage on the fly for use at an event or something temporary where the local connection just isn’t supplying enough bandwidth for a specific application or event.
